WATCH: The F1 drivers observe a minute’s silence at Spa in memory of Anthoine Hubert
Last year's Belgian Grand Prix was marred by the tragic death of Anthoine Hubert in the Formula 2 Feature Race at Spa, and one year on the racing community have paying their respects to the French driver.
A minute of silence was observed on the starting grid ahead of Saturday’s F2 Feature Race, while the F1 drivers also gathered for a minute's silence before the start of the Grand Prix, as you can see in the video above.
Formula 2 has also officially confirmed that the number 19 will no longer be used in the championship. Instead, 19 will forever be Hubert’s, with the number a prominent part of a new logo designed in his honour that - in a show of unity - is running on F1, F2 and F3 cars throughout this weekend.
