Verstappen laments 'quite bad' Hungarian GP Friday practice as 'nothing really worked' with Red Bull
Max Verstappen and Red Bull team mate Yuki Tsunoda struggled for grip and pace in Friday practice for the Hungarian Grand Prix.

Max Verstappen claims "nothing really worked" in Friday practice ahead of the Hungarian Grand Prix as the four-time World Champion struggled for pace in his Red Bull.
The Dutchman could only manage ninth and 14th in the day's two Free Practice sessions having complained of a lack of grip throughout.
"Today was very tough. Just really a low-grip feeling and not really a balance in the car," said Verstappen.
"It's difficult to say what is even the exact problem, nothing really worked. It's something that we have to investigate over night because so far of course it's not been our weekend.
"I'm sure that we will do better [over the rest of the weekend] but today was quite bad so we need to really understand first where it is and what is causing us to have such big problems with the car.
"McLaren looks really on it, they're flying, but naturally of course I want to be a little bit closer to P3."
As well as struggling for performance, Verstappen was also called into the stewards' office after FP2 having thrown a towel, which had been left in his cockpit, to the side of the circuit after Turn 3.
"It was just a towel that you normally wipe your face with when you come back in," said Verstappen, who received a warning from the stewards.
"It was still in the car when I went out so instead of it maybe potentially flying in between my feet which is the dangerous part, I drove off line and got rid of it in the safest way possible. I think the stewards understand that."
Team mate Yuki Tsunoda also echoed the comments made by Verstappen about struggling for general grip around the Hungaroring, only finishing 17th and ninth across the two, one-hour sessions.
He said: "I think the balance itself is not the main issue to be honest. I think where we're struggling is the grip that I should feel and we're lacking.
"But from our side at least from FP1 a bit of a step so some positives which is good. But I think overall as a team we're struggling.
