The Chinese Grand Prix is 20 years old and yet feels very, very new. With no race since 2019, this is a first opportunity to see this generation of cars – also, this generation of tyres – take on the Shanghai International Circuit.
And it’s a Sprint weekend with plenty of action but precious little practice time. Everyone has a representative stint under their belt courtesy of Saturday’s Sprint – but that perhaps threw up more questions than answers.
