There was plenty of action as the 2025 season-opening Australian Grand Prix got underway, with Lando Norris managing to hold off a charging Max Verstappen at the front while others fell victim to the wet conditions.
After early drama before the race had even started as Racing Bulls’ Isack Hadjar spun into the barriers on the initial formation lap – leading to an aborted start as the stricken car was recovered – there was more to come when the delayed start took place 15 minutes later.
