PALMER: After his first three races Franco Colapinto is looking right at home in F1, so is he the real deal?

I said after Franco Colapinto’s impressive debut in Monza that Baku and Singapore would be tougher challenges and better tests for the rookie driver – and my word how he has excelled.
Baku is a fast street circuit with overtaking opportunities on a low downforce track, while Singapore is arguably the most gruelling track on the calendar, as the drivers battle heat and humidity on a more bumpy and twisty street circuit. Through three very different races now Colapinto has shown his Formula 1 performance in Monza was no flash in the pan.
