MONDAY MORNING DEBRIEF: The critical moments for Norris as he soared to an emphatic Dutch Grand Prix win


Around Zandvoort Lando Norris’s second Grand Prix victory was much more emphatic than his first, in Miami earlier this year, when he took advantage of some help from the timing of the safety car. This time he beat Max Verstappen’s Red Bull by overtaking it and pulling out over 20s in the remaining 44 laps.
His McLaren was the fastest car around the track’s long, interconnected twists and his pole margin over Verstappen around a very short lap was a fairly resounding 0.356s.
