Massa cleared to race in Belgium

Williams have confirmed that Felipe Massa will return to action in Belgium after being passed fit to race by the FIA medical delegate.
The Brazilian was forced to withdraw from the last race in Hungary through illness, with his seat assumed from qualifying onwards by reserve driver Paul Di Resta.
As is standard practice, Massa was checked over in the paddock at Spa, but will now resume driving duties as normal having recuperated over the summer break.
Massa’s return will be greeted fondly by his many followers in his homeland, with the race in Hungary having been the first since the 1982 San Marino Grand Prix not to feature a Brazilian driver on the starting grid.
