Organisers of the 2014 Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix have announced that multi award-winning musician Lenny Kravitz will headline a spectacular concert for fans attending the inaugural race in Sochi.
The singer, known for his classic hits Are You Gonna Go My Way, Fly Away and American Woman, as well as his elaborate live performances, will take to the stage on the Saturday night of the race weekend, following qualifying.
Kravitz’s concert is not the only highlight for visitors attending the Sochi race. Indeed, some of Russia’s best musical artists will be delivering their own special performances for F1 fans over the course of the weekend.
On the Friday, visitors to the Grand Prix will be able to witness the awesome DJ Rudenko, famous for providing the soundtrack to the nations' parade at the 2014 Winter Olympics opening ceremony, whilst immediately after the race on Sunday one of Russia’s best loved bands, Iowa, will perform. Another local band, Zveri, will close out the weekend’s entertainment programme.
