HIGHLIGHTS: Catch the best of the action from qualifying in Saudi Arabia as Verstappen takes pole
Max Verstappen will start the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix from pole position for the first time after setting the pace in qualifying.
The Red Bull driver’s time of 1m 27.472s put him 0.319s ahead of Charles Leclerc, meaning that the two will share the front row again as they did in Bahrain. Sergio Perez slotted into third, with Fernando Alonso in fourth and Oscar Piastri taking fifth.

Oliver Bearman – sitting in for the unwell Carlos Sainz – just missed out on progressing into Q3 in his first F1 qualifying session and will start from P11, with the Ferrari driver exiting in a Q2 segment that was briefly red-flagged following a stoppage on track for Nico Hulkenberg.
