Haas’s VF-24 hits the track for the first time in Silverstone shakedown

Just over a week on from their digital livery launch, Haas’s full-blown VF-24 has hit the track during a shakedown at Silverstone.
Nico Hulkenberg was the driver tasked with Sunday’s initial running at the British Grand Prix venue, which also marked the start of a new era for the team following a winter managerial reshuffle.

Indeed, Haas will head into the 2024 season with a new Team Principal in Ayao Komatsu, who replaces Guenther Steiner, and a new Technical Director in Andrea De Zordo, who replaces Simone Resta.
Following today’s run-out, Haas are set to stage a second shakedown in Bahrain on February 19, before pre-season testing begins at the same Sakhir venue on February 21, running for three days.
Haas are not the only team to have hit the track this weekend, with Kick Sauber also taking their newly-launched C44 for a spin around the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Saturday.
