F3: Ramos outduels Camara to claim victory in Imola Feature Race

Santiago Ramos was rewarded for his patience on Sunday morning as the Van Amersfoort Racing driver overcame Rafael Camara with a late move to win the Imola Feature Race.
Starting in second, the Mexican driver took the lead from his TRIDENT rival at the start of the race, but Camara fought back to reclaim the position on Lap 4.

Ramos then stayed close to the Scuderia Ferrari Academy member, before overtaking him for P1 on Lap 19 of 22.
Camara’s struggles on his tyres continued as he then lost out to his TRIDENT teammate Noah Stromsted a few corners, who finished second.
The Brazilian came home in third, ahead of fellow SFDA member and ART Grand Prix driver Tuukka Taponen and Campos Racing’s Mari Boya.
MP Motorsport pairing Tim Tramnitz and Alessandro Giusti charged through the field to finish in sixth and seventh respectively, while Roman Bilinski ended up eighth for Rodin Motorsport.

Nikola Tsolov made it two Campos cars in the top 10 with a run to P9, as Laurens van Hoepen rounded out the points for ART in 10th
