F2: Crawford aids championship bid with impressive victory in Baku
Formula 2 Feature Race honours in Azerbaijan went to Jak Crawford after a close finish.

Jak Crawford converted pole position into a hard-fought victory after being forced to hold off a charging Joshua Duerksen across the line in Sunday’s entertaining Baku F2 Feature Race.
The DAMS Lucas Oil driver lost the lead at the start but, after a Safety Car restart, he regained it from Gabriele Minì via a multi-lap battle.
The Aston Martin Development Driver then looked to be on his way to a comfortable win, but had to fend off Duerksen over the line, sealing his fourth victory of the season by just two-tenths.
As for Duerksen, he settled for second, having gone from 15th on the grid to the podium for AIX Racing. Championship leader Leonardo Fornaroli finished third on the road, but a 10-second time penalty dropped him to fifth.
This promoted Hitech TGR’s Dino Beganovic to the podium, giving the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy member his second trophy of the Baku weekend following his Sprint Race victory.
Minì finished fourth for PREMA Racing, ahead of Fornaroli, while Red Bull junior Arvid Lindblad went from P14 on the grid to sixth for Campos Racing.
Rafael Villagómez finished seventh for Van Amersfoort Racing, ahead of Richard Verschoor and Sebastián Montoya, with Ritomo Miyata taking the final point in P10 for ART Grand Prix.
