F1 Business Summit adds Haas boss Komatsu, Gordon Ramsay and Russell Wilson
Haas Team Principal Ayao Komatsu, chef Gordon Ramsay and three-time Olympic champion Shaun White will all take the stage in Las Vegas for the F1 Business Summit.

Haas Team Principal Ayao Komatsu will sit for an on-stage Q&A at the F1 Business Summit in Las Vegas, as part of a programme that also brings in chef Gordon Ramsay, Super Bowl-winning quarterback Russell Wilson and three-time Olympic snowboarding champion Shaun White.
The Summit takes place on Thursday 19 November 2026 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, two days before the Las Vegas Grand Prix. It is a ticketed event, hosted by actress, comedian and podcast host Heather McMahan.
Who is speaking?
Komatsu's session covers what it takes to run an F1 team against far larger rivals, taking in leadership, innovation and resilience.
Wilson, White and fellow Super Bowl winner Ndamukong Suh make up the keynote panel, which looks at how athletes turn a competitive career into ownership and investment once the playing days are over. Ramsay's session examines his partnership with F1 and the business of feeding a race weekend, while Jean Arnault appears in a featured spotlight on the sport's partnership with LVMH.

A panel on the modern fan brings together Cadillac Chief Marketing Officer Ahmed "Meddy" Iqbal, CAA Sports International President Matthew O'Donohoe and WHOOP Chief Marketing Officer Dirk-Jan van Hameren, with former Eurosport Chief Executive Peter Hutton moderating. Further sessions cover fashion, hospitality and how circuits around the world promote their races, with Silverstone Chief Executive Stuart Pringle OBE among those taking part.
F1 President and Chief Executive Officer Stefano Domenicali will give opening remarks alongside Steve Hill of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, with Liberty Media President and Chief Executive Derek Chang closing proceedings.
"The F1 Business Summit rounds out an incredible week of events in Las Vegas, bringing together an impressive lineup of industry leaders for conversations that extend well beyond the track," said Domenicali.
"This year’s programming will explore the evolving role sports play in shaping brand relevance, storytelling and cultural connection. Las Vegas provides the perfect backdrop for these discussions, and we’re excited to create a forum that brings together new perspectives and adds to the energy that makes race week unlike anything else."
What else is new?
SPORT BEACH joins as presenting partner of the keynote panel and will bring its Clubhouse experience trackside on the Thursday evening for VIP package holders.
The Summit itself runs from 8am to 1pm, opening with an hour-long networking breakfast. Tickets start at $550, with a VIP package at $2,500, and are available at f1lasvegasgp.com.
And the racing?
The 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix runs from 19–21 November, with the race itself on the Saturday night – 50 laps of the 6.2km (3.8 miles) Las Vegas Strip Circuit, where cars pass the casinos at more than 346kph (215kph). With average speeds similar to Monza, otherwise known as F1’s ‘Temple of Speed’, there'll be plenty of action.
